Nonviolent Communication Skills Workshop

Explore and gain practice in specific skills for Nonviolent Communication, such as Active Listening and “I-messaging.” And explore and connect with the universal human needs and values.

NVC provides an easy to grasp, effective method to get to the root of violence, pain and conflict peacefully. By examining the unmet needs behind what we do or say, NVC helps reduce hostility, heal pain and strengthen organizational and personal relationships.

*Limited to the first 14 people who register online or by phone.

Cost: $20-$45 Sliding scale.

Registration online or by phone is required to attend.

Some scholarships may be available. Please request a scholarship application by email or phone.
