Nonviolent Communication
Nonviolent Communication (NVC), or Compassionate Communication is a process developed by Dr.Marshall Rosenberg who wrote the book, “Nonviolent Communication: A Language of Life”. People use NVC to communicate with greater compassion and clarity. It’s a different way looking at the world without judging or blaming but, instead, speaking and listening from your heart.
Although Compassionate Communication is, on one level, a simple, learnable tool, the underlying intentions of self-awareness and connection, which it encourages us to take into the world, can have a profound effect on our lives.
You will find out what it is and how you can use it in your life. Learn how to resolve conflicts, establish effective communication skills and strengthen the quality of your personal or professional relationships.
